The Supreme Court has set March 4 as the date to deliver judgment in the 2020 election petition, according to the Chief Justice.

The Court also ordered the lead counsel for the Petitioner, Tsatsu Tsikata to file his address by the end of Tuesday 23rd February 2021.

With all parties having concluded their cases, and all other interlocutory applications adequately heard, the Court has set March 4 as the date to deliver judgment.

Mr Tsikata had sought permission for the court to allow the counsels to highlight the important points in their addresses but this was overruled by the Bench.
