Some travellers who arrived at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra last night were allegedly detained over an alleged bomb attack.
Per a video shared by one of the travelers on Snapchat, other travelers could be seen running to take cover as they stationed themselves on the floor over the supposed bomb scare.
Stories behind the video suggest the supposed bomb was planted at a spot in the Airport which prompted authorities restrict the movement of people as they bring the situation under control.
The story is gaining grounds on social media but the Ghana Police Service is yet to release a statement to either debunk it or clarify it.
