Refusing To Pay Tithes Invokes Financial Curse To Your Life – Pastor David Oyedepo

Founder and leader of Winner Chapel International, Bishop David Oyedepo has unilaterally declared churches across the country opened. He further called for death on anyone who is against his statement.

This is in blatant disregard to the Nigerian government that has banned public gatherings as it races to curtail the spread of the coronavirus disease in the country.

The continuous lockdown of Nigerian places of worship has incurred the wrath of many people especially preachers. They have condemned it profusely calling for its truncation.

Bishop Oyedepo some days ago blasted the Buhari government for reopening markets while churches remained closed.

In a sermon broadcasted to his congregation, Bishop Oyedepo said hunger is more dangerous than the coronavirus and thus the government must relax the ban on public gathering.

The cleric said:

”The doors to churches across Nations are again declared opened this morning. Can I tell you this? Hunger is far more devastating than any virus that will ever visit the earth.

It kills silently. There is no vaccine for hunger. There is no medical solution to hunger.

Hunger has no treatment than to have food and Spiritual famine is far more devastating.

That is what the devil is looking for but he has failed. The church is back on its feet. Anyone who hates to see that dies for it.

The church of Christ on the earth is liberated. Spiritual famine shall not have its way.

Can I tell the world, no one has the answer to a problem like Jesus”
