Nollywood actress Chinedu Bernards aka Chii has passed away, according to multiple sources on the internet.
The reports reveal the beautiful actress died after she slumped in a church in Enugu State on Friday, April 28.
Confirming the unfortunate report, a Nollywood thespian wrote; “I’m shaking as I type this. Chii was an ex-girlfriend of a popular actor.
The whole of Nollywood knew she was the girlfriend of this actor before he went ahead to marry someone else. She recently attended her colleague, Iheme Nancy’s mum’s burial and even spoke to her yesterday before her death.
She left a cryptic post after she heard the news of her boyfriend’s marriage to her colleague and later deleted it before her death. We heard she went to clean a church in Enugu State where she fell and by the time she was brought to the hospital, she was confirmed dead.
Her death is shocking to those of us in the industry who knew her. This is the strangest thing I’ve seen. The Nollywood industry is in mourning over her demise,” a source said.
