Angel FM Broadcast personality, Captain Smart has alleged that the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexuals, Transgender and Queer Individuals (LGBTQI) groups currently have nine members in Ghana’s Parliament who are pushing for their legalization and recognition.
He further claims that the group are targeting a representation of 35 members in Parliament in 2024.
“I must tell you that homosexuals are targeting just thirty-five seats in Parliament. Currently, they have nine members who are just advocates for gay rights but are not involved in the act. However, there are three people who are involved in the act which includes one woman and two men,” he was quoted by TheBBCghana.Com
According to Captain Smart, the LGBTQI group are more focused on pushing their agenda through Parliament and pays little attention to who becomes President.
