The Ghana Education Service (GES) has officially listed the appropriate sanctions that will be levelled against a final year student of Sekondi College in the Western Region of Ghana.
The student in question is reported to have rained insults at His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo for his reasons being that their WASSCE Examination questions are above them, and they want questions below their standard amid their long stay at home due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
In the said video, the student was in school uniform made a video of himself and his video went viral and this according to Mr. Oteng Gyasi who remains the Public Relations Officer of Ghana Education Service for the region has officially listed the various punishment that can be levelled against the student using the Senior High and Technical Schools code of conduct book.
According to Mr Oteng, the WASSCE Candidate is subjected to dismissal for foul conduct as stated in article 2 sections an in the code of conduct for Senior High and Technical Schools.
