Loudmouth Ashanti Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Chairman Wontumi has shared his disappointments on Kumasi-based Wontumi Fm this morning.
According to Chairman Wontumi, he is surprised some NPP supporters are calling for his resignation from the party and even demanding his downfall after all that he did for the party.
He explained that many supporters and executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Ashanti Region has stood against him as they make plans and spread false news just to bring him down. This according to Chairman Wontumi will not work since he knows what he is capable of.
“I am not moved by the numerous attempts by some New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporters just to make e resign. I know for sure that some NPP executives are also in support of this flimsy agenda. I am not resigning I know for sure…” – he said.
The firebrand political person while speaking revealed that some NPP executives in the Ashanti Region like Kwame Bobie Ansah Owusu betrayed him and wanted his downfall of which he is aware. He added that they betrayed President Akufo Addo and he is aware of their wicked deeds.
“Kwame Bobie Owusu never likes President Akufo Addo. Yes! He never likes him, he betrayed President Akufo Addo big time and now wants to betray me but I will face him boot for boot…” he added.
