Does the 1976 smash hit film Rocky bring any memory to mind?
Sylvester Stallone is one of the few celebrities who have lighted up the childhood memories of millennial movie lovers with beautiful pictures of acting craft.
With his epic star role and iconic performance, Rambo became one of the best action movies that cannot be easily forgotten.
Even though Stallone wasn’t born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he has managed his way through thick and thorns to make a name for himself throughout the world. He started his career on a low point when he had to struggle, sleeping in vans and sharing a sleeping place with street burglars. His rise to fame wouldn’t be termed as a stroke of sheer luck but consistency and dedication to seeing dreams come through.
Due to his hard work on his breakout movie, which he wrote all by himself, Stallone was nominated for ten Oscars, including Best Actor and Best Original Screenplay in 1977. The film however won Best Picture, Best Directing, and Best Filming that same year.
For blockbuster roles that were known for physically demanding roles, the 75 years old star has sustained many injuries in line with duty. However, he is said to have recovered from all. He is still alive and still working hard on projects.
