Professional Teachers Allowance Will Be Paid In November – GNAT Secretary Confirms

Professional Teachers Allowance, popularly known as PTA was introduced by the Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo led administration through his abled Minister of Education who is in the person of Honourable Matthew Opoku Prempeh; who also doubles as the Member of Parliament MP for Manhyia Constituency in the Ashanti Region.

The allowance package comes in two folds thus for both Professional Teachers and Non-Professional teachers across Ghana specifically those who work in the public schools in the country.

Honourable Matthew Opoku Prempeh who is the Member of Parliament for the good people of Manhyia Constituency who also doubles as the Minister of Education assured teachers of the payment of the allowance package as a boaster to teachers.

Ghana National Association of Teachers GNAT Secretary at Kwabre District in the Ashanti Region of Ghana has assured teachers on GNAT hour that the much-awaited allowance will be paid in the month of November.

Thus this confirms that the long-awaited Professional Teachers Allowance is in the pipeline and will surely be paid to teachers in the month of November
