The Police in Accra, Ghana, has caught a motorcyclist who had a loaded pistol and lots of money. They took him into custody.
At a traffic light on the Atta Mills Highway, a 43-year-old man named Akpor Hedjole Ago-Ablo was stopped. He was riding an Apsonic white and red motorbike with the registration number M-20-GR-2889.
The police told BBC Ghana that he was carrying a backpack. When a search was done on him, police found a Haskell pistol with seven live rounds, a short taser, a laptop, two phones, and $1,500 cash.
Superior police officers told them to send the suspect who couldn’t show them a document about his gun to the regional CID with the other evidence.
