Dr. Mintah Nyarku then petitioned the court to revoke the Electoral Commission’s district committee for him to contest the Cape Coast North Parliamentary seat.
The court presided over by Justice Stephen Oppong has ordered the Electoral Commission to register Dr. Mintah Nyarku , the Cape Coast North Parliamentary Candidate. The court held that the applicant has made a strong case for mandamus against the Electoral Commission.
