Agya Adubofour, a seasoned linguist and educationist, who is on the course to rejuvenate natives’ and learners’ interest in the deteriorative Ghanaian languages with the educative programme christened Kan Me Hwɛ is here again with another episode.

In the ongoing episode of Kan Me Hwɛ in collaboration with Bureau of Ghana Languages, Agya Adubofour is on the sixth chapter of the book titled Sɛ Ɛbɛwie. For the purpose of clarity, let me take the pain to make you have a fair idea of what the author (Michael Boateng Amanfo) of Sɛ Ɛbɛwie seeks to unravel.

Sɛ Ɛbɛwie authored by Michael Boateng Amanfo is a tragi-comic novel which describes how a boy called Ntensere in his youthful days set off to trace his father Kofi Bɛyɛɛdɛn who had long travelled to an unknown place.

The journeys which Ntensere made to trace his father were full of adventures. At last, he found him (Kofi Bɛyɛɛdɛn). They took to farming in which they dug out a big fortune. In consequence, they returned to their hometown Pɛwohoyɛsu.

There, they did not only live a happy life, but they also gave part of their wealth to help develop their village which became one of the most beautiful towns in their area.

Today, Agya Adubofour takes you through the sixth (7th) chapter of the book under discussion dubbed “Anomaa Wu Soro A Ne Ntakra Ba Fam”.
