Lady Amanor popularly known as Mama Efe is a counsellor and a radio personality. She is well known for solving difficult issues when it comes to relationship problems, marital problems, family disputes etc.
She hosts a very popular programme known as “Obra” at Kumasi-based Nhyira Fm. I learned most women in Kumasi threaten their partners of taking them to Mama Efe when facing difficulties.
This program is very interesting and many people outside Ghana have also shown interest in it. In short, Mama Efe is making a hugely significant impact in Ghana’s socio-economic space, but it seems Ghanaians have refused to give Mama Efe the needed mileage and recognition.
It’s at the back of this that DJ Ogidi Brown, host of Nhyira Fm’s Entertainment Power, has blasted Ghanaians for their failure to see the goodwill of Mama Efe who is impacting the lives of families and couples comparably to Afia Schwarzenegger.
In the voice of DJ Ogidi Brown, he doesn’t understand why Ghanaians regard or better still see Afia Schwar as a celebrity and not Mama Efe who is doing a lot to shape and impact humanity as compared to cantankerous Afia Schwar.
