Celebrated theologian, poet, orator, founder and leader of Otabil and Associates who doubles as General Overseer of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) headquartered in Accra, Ghana, Pastor Mensa Otabil has sent out a strong message in the heat of the upcoming 2020 elections.
The founder and leader of a live broadcast made this known in the presence of his religious congregation, which numbered more than a thousand, as broadcast live on social media community space; Facebook.
Speaking on the subject of ‘Rebuking Him,’ Pastor Mensa Otabil argued that the devil would be rebuked and dishonored if only a Christian would pray, meditate and fast for special growth and development. This according to him is the main missing in the lives of many Christians in Ghana.
“In today’s world, Christian is afraid of rebuking the devil, and he or she stands to refrain from prayer and fast. This makes us weak to rebuke the devil when he tempts us…” he said.
