when COVID-19 forced Ghana’s president to temporary shutdown schools, all is set and now final year students of Junior High Schools have started their Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

The examination which will last for a week kick-started on Monday, September 14 with the English paper.

At the Agona Odoben Presby Junior High School, the oldest BECE candidate of this badge sat for the exams. She is no other than 60-year-old Elizabeth Yamoah.

This is somehow ridiculous, but let’s give her the benefit of the doubt and wish her well in her new endeavours.
