A teacher at the St. Anthony Junior High School (JHS) at Akim Oda in the Eastern region has been reported dead in a motor accident on his way home from school per information reaching The BBC Ghana.
Reports gathered indicate that the incident happened at a T-junction in the outskirts of Akim Oda in the Eastern region.
The teacher is reported to have been riding a motorbike with another man before the accident.
He is believed to have died on the spot of the accident, while the other man was sent to the hospital seriously wounded.
Reports suggest that the teacher took one of his students home before continuing the journey to his house while meeting his untimely death.
