Following the non-payment of allowances, the Coalition has decided to strike
Their allawa have not been paid since they started their mandated one-year national service in February 2021, according to them.
The health professionals complain that the situation has caused them great hardship, which is why they have decided to strike.
President of the Coalition, Wutor Cosmos Venunye, claimed on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm’s Frontline that they have been working without their allowances for several months.
He stated that they have not been paid since February, despite working full-time as nurses.
He stated that they have been attempting to engage the administration for the past 10 months but that nothing has been successful.
