Schools reopen on 18th January including Junior High Schools and will run until June for the 1st semester.
However, teachers will be required to spend close to 9 hours in school every day per the new curriculum
The number of periods per day is 8 and each period is supposed to last for a period of 50 minutes. Extracurricular activities are supposed to last for 50 minutes with a break time of 1 hr(30 minutes each)
