A 53 years old woman identified as Catherine Osom has broken hearts as she narrates how a doctor left a surgical blade in her twice.
According to her in an interview with Captain Smart on Angel FM’s Anopa Bofour, a doctor at the St Martins De Porres Hospital in Agomanya, Krobo Odumasi in the Eastern Region left a surgical blade in her.
She revealed that the first occasion was when she was going to give birth to her baby and went through the Caesarean section, (also known as C-section, or caesarean delivery, is the use of surgery to deliver babies).
She started having complications and went back to the hospital and the doctors realized there was a surgical blade left in her therefore they had to open her up again and take it off.
But unfortunately, when they opened her up and took the surgical blade off, they left another cord in her also leading to some complications.
Her story is such a heartbreaking one that brought tears in the eyes of many as doctors who are supposed to heal us and help us recover are now killing us because of their negligence.
