Following the threats by some aggrieved nurses across Ghana to go on a strike, an Accra High Court, labour division one, presided by Justice Frank Aboagye Rockson, has granted an interlocutory injunction application by the National Labour Commission to prevent Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRMA) from demonstrating.

The Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association revealed their intentions to embark on a sit-down strike on Monday 21st September 2020.
